Job Description: · Perform cost analysis · Verification of expenses · Manage all financial and accounting affairs – budgets, reports · Lead accounting team to ensure financial reports of existing files · Develop and implement financial, accounting and reporting policies and procedures · Plan and mange tax accounting and analyze tax implications · Work closely with company departments to review annual operating budgets, as well as prepare property budgets and portfolio plans
Qualifications: · Must be bilingual · Minimum 5 years experience within financial management · Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills · Ability to take initiative and work both independently and in a teamwork environment · Computer savvy · Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
