Position: Bilingual Administrative Coordinator

Salary: $65,000 + bonus

Currently seeking a Fluently Bilingual Administrative Coordinator to support several departments for our prestigious client, a leader in the consumer goods/food industry. Ideal candidate must have rental leasing experience, ridiculously organized, efficient, a magician who can juggle multiple projects at once, flexible, stellar time management and prioritization skills, a self-starter and available for some trade show travelling.

Reporting to the VP of the franchise, your tasks will include but not limited to  


  • Time sensitive coordination and communication of quarterly product lists and pricing.
  • Responsible for the creation and coordination of Partner pricing, including to but not limited to working with and ensuring responses from various HO Departments such as Finance, Procurement, Analytics, IT
  • Responsible for ongoing maintenance of partner price lists, and product list and other tasks as assigned
  • Responsible to ensure all product listing requirements are met and communicated to the partner in a timely manner
  • Responsible for Pricing and Product listing relationship with GFS
  • Responsible for maintenance of Monday.com
  • Maintain Express portion of Store Information database
  • Responsible for all tasks related to an Express store life cycle (pre approval, approval, store creation, announcements)
  • Coordinate the collection of sales data and manipulation into a standard usable format from all non-traditional partners
  • With the assistance of the team, draft, review and amend commercial lease documents, sublease agreements, lease surrenders and renewals
  • Conduct lease reviews and prepare lease summaries
  • Support the real estate team with site selection, identification, market identification, PiinPoint analysis and other tasks as assigned
  • Support Franchising team by providing demographic studies as requested
  • Support the construction team with project coordination and other tasks as assigned
  • Assist in the negotiation of commercial leases with the assistance of senior leadership
  • Communicate professionally with all internal departments and clients to share information
  • Support the business in Quebec where necessary
  • Monitor files to ensure that same are kept current
  • Communicate and update on any changes with Real Estate, Franchising or Express
  • Communicate directly with Franchise and Non-Traditional Partners to make sure their questions are answered and they are kept aware of lease situations and business terms
  • Enhance real estate, construction and development processes where possible to facilitate work-flow and keep all parties up to date


What makes you successful  


  • 3+ years previous experience in a development role with specific experience in commercial leasing, construction, non-traditional is preferred. Exposure to Real Estate law and Franchising are considered an asset
  • Experience with Piin and Monday.com considered an asset
  • Strong technical skills using MS Office (advanced EXCEL, skill testing will be done)
  • Fluent in both English and French (Bilingual)
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Extremely organized and diligent with follow-up and detail
  • Ability to take initiative, prioritize and multitask
  • Flexible, team player that is service oriented and shows a willingness to help internal team members, as well as Franchise Partners
  • Flexible, adaptable, passionate and driven
