POSITION OVERVIEW
We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Digital marketing & E-Commerce
Specialist to manage our digital platforms, optimize online merchandising, and execute
digital marketing initiatives. This role requires expertise in both B2B (NuOrder, Trenza
Shop) and B2C (consumer-facing platforms like Shopify) channels to ensure seamless
operations across our e-commerce ecosystem.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Data & Platform Management
• Coordinate data imports (product descriptions, attributes, images) across
platforms, Shopify, NuOrder, and Trenza Shop.
• Manage ERP (Momentis) for e-commerce tasks, including image uploads, product
descriptions, bug fixes, and data maintenance.
• Provide reporting and analysis using ERP, Shopify, Google Analytics and other
tools.
Digital Marketing
• Develop and execute segmented newsletters using Klaviyo.
• Oversee online merchandising, including categorization, sorting rules, and
inventory monitoring.
• Create promo codes and strategic promotions aligned with seasonal campaigns.
• Update the store locator.
E-Commerce Management (B2B & B2C)
• Manage and update product data and descriptions in our ERP system and also our
customers platform such as : Shopify, NuOrder, and Trenza Shop.
• Write and optimize SEO-friendly copy for website product descriptions and landing
pages.
• Oversee website launches, content updates, and maintenance, ensuring all
platforms are up-to-date and functioning efficiently.
• Maintain and optimize email automation content, web forms, and partnership
discounts.
B2B Operations
• Update and maintain B2B platforms content and catalogs, including new collection
pushes and linesheets.
• Support B2B tools like Camp Kombi, Toolbox and order forms with content updates
and maintenance.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Experience
• 5+ years in a fast-paced e-commerce or digital marketing environment, with B2B2C
experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-Commerce websites/portals.
Technical skills
• Proficiency in Shopify and NuOrder B2B platform
• Skilled in email marketing tools like Klaviyo, and executing effective marketing
strategies tailored to e-commerce and B2B2C environments.
• Ability to craft and optimize engaging, SEO-friendly web content, including product
descriptions, landing pages, and marketing copy.
• Expertise in digital sales techniques and website optimization for conversions.
• Familiarity with ERP & Shopify integration
