Job Description
- Develop, implement and maintain policies and procedures
- Implement forecasting tools and execute transition to MRP/ERP
- Ensure all supply chain process and transaction are integrated into ERP while implementing and maintaining the module with the support of IT team
- Ensure all customer orders are fulfilled according to the agreed supply lead time
- Manage and coordinate seasonal purchasing and ensure timely shipping
- Create purchasing regulations and agreements
- Optimize inventory levels to prevent out of stock conditions while meeting customer order lead time
- Work with sales team to coordinate appropriate shipping schedule
- Book production with manufacturers and suppliers and ensure timely shipping
- Coordinate production budget plan with accounting department
- Verify RMA reports to understand production results
- Make up the vendor manual, auditing report, inspection reports
- Supervise the team to ensure everything runs smoothly
Qualifications
- A Bachelor Degree in Commerce Supply Chain Operations Management or related discipline
- Consistent record of achievements in building and growing the process in an aggressive sales growth environment
- 7+ years’ experience working in a management supply chain/inventory planning role
- Must have previous proven record of experience in key elements of supply chain management (inventory control, purchasing and supplier relations (re-working rejections/re-negotiating with suppliers, shelf placement, budget, cost analysis and improvement)
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Exceptional time management and organization skills – works well under pressure
- Strong communication skills in English and French – with strong negotiation skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, detailed knowledge of at least one ERP system,
