Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Patternmaker/FIT to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with the Pad System and be capable of specifying import garments. As part of our design and production team, you will play a crucial role in creating patterns that bring our garment designs to life while ensuring precision and quality throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and develop patterns for various garment styles using the Pad System.
• Work with design teams to understand garment specifications and translate them into patterns.
• Spec and manage import garment specifications, ensuring they meet quality and production standards.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure accurate pattern execution and resolve any technical issues.
• Review and revise patterns as necessary, ensuring consistency and fit throughout production.
• Maintain accurate pattern records and provide clear documentation for production.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a patternmaker, with expertise in the Pad System.
• Ability to spec and manage import garments.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on precision and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
