Job Title: Sales Coordinator

 

This role will report directly to the Sales Support Manager, and work in conjunction with the account managers for Québec and Atlantic drug retailers to provide sales-based process administration. The incumbent will assist in daily operations of relationship management with key strategic partners, including our retailers and vendors. The ideal candidate will be accountable in overseeing and managing key administrative tasks to ensure continued growth.

 

Job Description:

· Support the sales team in meeting sales targets

· Coordinate new product set up and item creation - information gathering and coordination with retailers and vendors for seamless and timely execution

· Data management internally and with retailers: Price lists, item maintenance, price increases, PPK corrections, UPC/UCC changes, etc…

· Create, manage, and deliver sales tools for field representatives – track progress, timelines, and report progress to account manager regularly

· Attends sales presentations / product trainings / ops trainings with vendors and retailers as needed

· Managing marketing requests from retailers, i.e. e-comm, visuals for flyers, ad mats, etc.

· Manage external customer product portals

· Assist at coordinating buying show setup, and attend as needed

· Assist with POS sales and market data collection, reporting & analysis

· Work collaboratively, leveraging appropriate company resources to manage projects for the Sales Director

 

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

· Bachelor of Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or another relevant field

· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role

· Excellent verbal and written communication in English and French

· Very strong computer skills in MS Office, Excel including V-lookup, pivot tables, and SAP experience an asset

· Experience within the health, beauty, and fragrance markets (asset)

· Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks based on deadlines, important

Location:   Saint-Laurent, Québec

· Work hours 8:30am – 5:00pm - Permanent, full-time (40 hours per week)

· Limited travel – store visits and trade shows as needed within the Quebec region
