Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven  Production Manager  to oversee and manage all aspects of production planning, execution, and delivery for  our Walmart account.  This role serves as the key liaison between internal production teams, suppliers, and Walmart’s supply chain representatives to ensure flawless execution and on-time delivery of goods. The ideal candidate has a strong background in retail production management,  understands Walmart’s compliance and logistical requirements, and can manage high-volume operations with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end production operations for Walmart orders, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery  including but not limited to Walmart Tech Pack creation, NIC form, Shipper form, liaison between client and CTL LAB.

• Coordinate with sourcing, logistics, and planning teams to align production timelines with Walmart’s demand forecast and shipping windows  also familiar with Retail Link.

• Monitor vendor compliance and ensure all products meet Walmart’s standards (e.g., Retail Link, SQEP, OTIF).

• Ste          Troubleshoot and resolve production or supply chain issues quickly to avoid delays or chargebacks.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to production status, inventory, and shipments.
